All appointments must be made online. Walk-ins are welcome, but not guaranteed. A $ 20 non-refundable deposit to all non members is required to confirm all appointments. We need to know if you need your braids to be removed at the time of your visit since this service requires additional time for your appointment and additional fees. Also, human hair is not included in the cost of the hairstyle.

No-Show Policy:  Hair Braiding club is always working to improve the braiding experience for our customers. In the past, some clients have made appointments but then don't show up nor have the courtesy to cancel their appointment with us. This costs valuable time, money, and effort.

In order for us to better serve you, and retain the ability to guarantee your satisfaction, we have implemented a cancellation policy. A $20 "Non Refundable Deposit" is required for all appointments. This fee will be charged to clients who make an appointment but don't cancel and reschedule 24 hours prior to their appointment. The $ 20 will be deducted from the cost of your braids. This will help us to obtain a more accurate count of those who will be coming to our shop; thereby, enabling us to better accommodate those serious about getting their hair braided here.
